Summary:
Our program today will show you some of the highlights from NTT DoCoMo's June 1, 2004, press conference announcing the release of the three latest, third-generation FOMA cell phones; perhaps more importantly, we'll also show you the features of these incredibly advanced W-CDMA handsets each of which includes new functionality not seen before in the Japan market. The press event you'll seeing today is typical for a new handset announcement. All three of Japan's major cellular carriers, NTT DoCoMo, KDDI, and Vodafone Japan, conduct similar sessions for their latest models.
